The british superbike results from around three at Oulton Park
TOMMY Hill and Chris Walker shared the wins at Oulton Park this weekend.
Hill won the opening race, starting form the fifth row of the grid, calling it the 'best race of his career'. During Race 1 the safety car was deployed for two laps after Lowes and Foray crashed out, causingthe pack to re-group. Hill was on a charge, catching Brookes and Haga who were battling for the lead.
Haga led for a lap but Hill managed to get past both Brookes and Haga and squeeze out a lead for the win.In Race 2, Chris Walker became the fifth winner in as many MCE BSB races with a smooth ride in damp but drying conditions, taking his first win since 2000.
Walker last won a race at Brands Hatch in 2000. He rode a controlled race to close in the advantage that Shane 'Shakey' Byrne had accumulated over the opening laps, reeling him in from the half way point to first pass Josh Brookes in second then close on his Rapid Solicitors Kawasaki rival.
The final race of the weekend was a classic battle as Easton took the holeshot and held off Hill until lap ten, when the Southerner went into the lead to create a four man freight-train of with Byrne and Brookes. Byrne quickly caught up to Hill and kept a watching brief before pouncing on lap sixteen to take his first win of this campaign, logging a fastest lap on the way of 1:36.20 in chilly conditions.
Byrne's wiun makes it six wins from six different riders so far this season.
