MotoGP championship standings after Sepang

Pedrosa makes it three in a row but he has a mountain to climb to catch Lorenzo

DANI Pedrosa made it three in a row at Sepang, for the Malaysian MotoGP but the pint-sized Factory Repsol Honda rider is still 23-points adrift of Jorge Lorenzo with just 2 rounds remaining.

Cal Crutchlow's crash and Rossi's fifth place finish means that Rossi jumps ahead of Crutchlow in the standings. Andrea Dovizioso has Casey Stoner as a target but unless Stoner has a disaster in the last two rounnds, it looks like he's secure in third.
