OWNING a scrambler-ish retro bike just got cheaper thanks to this new addition to the Sinnis range, made in China and priced at £2,200 plus on-the-road charges.
The Retrostar 250 uses an air-cooled 249cc single to make a claimed 21hp.
Claimed dry weight is 130kg, tank capacity 10 litres and the seat height 770mm.
Sinnis also has a new Scrambler 125 with a high-level exhaust and a 124cc single-cylinder engine making 11.5hp. It's available in limited numbers at £1,695 plus OTR.
Sinnis Motorcycles is the UK importer for Chinese manufacturers Jinan Qingqi.
A Sinnis spokesman said: ‘Released in January 2015, the Retrostar 250cc is set to be a king amongst the 250cc arena. Larger frame, and a really punchy 250cc engine leave you smiling ear to ear on your journey.’
