Toseland helps raise £750 for charity

Former World Superbike champion leads Harley rideout to Leeds hospital

JAMES Toseland led a rideout organised by Leeds Harley-Davidson to raise money for the Leeds Children’s Hospital Appeal.

Toseland and 60 motorcyclists left Leeds Harley-Davidson in convoy and headed the 1.6 miles to Leeds General Infirmary where they presented the £750 they'd raised towards vital new medical equipment.

Martin Anstess, whose son is a patient at the Teenage Cancer Ward of the hospital, said: “We were thrilled when James Toseland and all the Harley riders came over today with the cheque.

“James and the riders were brilliant with the young people and James had some great uplifting and inspiring words for my son Alex."
