Canadian demolition company flattens Hells Angels' clubhouse

“It doesn’t make any difference to us if the front door says Hells Angels or Girl Guides"

A DEMOLITION COMPANY working in conjunction with Canadian Police has flattened a former Hells Angels clubhouse under the orders of local authorities.

The building, in Ontario, Canada, was used as a motorcycle clubhouse for almost 25 years before being razed to the ground by Priestly Demolition Inc. - a task the company's boss didn't shy away from:

“It doesn’t make any difference to us if the front door says Hells Angels or Girl Guides," said John Phillips, vice-president of operations.

The clubhouse, situated in a residential community, had received a mixed reception from neighbours; many were pleased to see the building demolished

“This really is a symbol of criminal activity and organised crime, basically snubbing their nose at the community and saying ‘we’re here and we’re not going anywhere and you can’t make us go anywhere,’ and now they’re gone,” said Durham Regional Police Service Chief Mike Ewles.
