Revealed: 2015 Victory Gunner

Stripped-down bobber unveiled in Chicago

Victory has unveiled a new stripped-down bobber model in Chicago.

The Gunner uses the firm's 106 cubic-inch (1,737cc) V-twin engine to make 110lbft of torque - only four less than a Suzuki Hayabusa, by 5,000rpm. It weighs 294kg and power is expected to be 81hp.

It's said to be named after Gunnery Sergeant Hartman, the sociopathic drill sergeant played by Ronald Lee Ermery in the film Full Metal Jacket. Ermery is the face of a Victory advertising campaign in the US.

The Gunner was unveiled at Chicago's Progressive International Motorcycle Show.

At $12,999 (£7,925) it's set to be one of Victory's lowest-priced models.
