Honda's CRF1000 Africa Twin has re-invented the adventure sport bike market single-handedly. It had been so long awaited while Honda made sure that its design, functionality and overall package would be future proof and here to stay. Available with and without the innovative Honda DCT gearbox, it gave the buyer the choice and ensured that everyone's needs were catered for.
This 2019 DCT equipped model is one that was supplied by us here at Doble Motorcycles back in May 2019. It remains a genuine 1 owner bike and one that has only covered 2113 miles in all. Factory finished in Honda's smart Matt Ballistic Black Metallic colour option, it looks amazing against the contrasting gold anodized wheel rims and bronzed engine cases.
In addition to standard, the owner has invested in a complete upper and lower engine bar set from Heed. These are commonly considered to be the best option available in keeping both the bodywork and engine protected should the bike go over. There is a Pyramid splash guard in place, the optional centre-stand addition to accompany the standard side, or prop stand and it even comes with a pair of Givi top-box carrier arms in anticipation for installing a luggage case.
