BMW F800GS modifications to adventure

Hi,

I'm 5.6" tall with 29.5" inseam and the only option on the market I could find is the above bike. 820mm seat height + load should get both feet flat on the ground.

I'll probably be ordering one this week but have some questions unanswered namely:

- is there a way to add central stand for 820mm model as it's not an option from BMW?
- can the tank's capacity be increased in any way apart from attaching external ones?
- should I go for BWM's original bashplate, side crash and engine bars or get a third party?- is there a 12V connector installed on GS model or at least enough WATT/power to add one to charge a phone or GPS? I'd go to LED indicators and auxiliary lamps to minimise power usage.
- which panniers work best for long distance travelling (durability, contents safety, convenience i.e. easily detachable etc.)?
- any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

Am considering:

Crash bars:
1) http://kfc.io/2RJ
2) http://kfc.io/2RK

Bashplates:
1) http://kfc.io/2RL
2) http://kfc.io/2RM

Engine bars:
1) Original BMW
2) http://kfc.io/2RN

Cheers,
David
