if you mean my one...it's a Triumph Thruxton

yes, I did mean yours, it looks so classy but good fun too, not just all show. I take it it's a modern take on a classic design rather than an awesome rebuild?some sweet other bikes here too, mind you, how do you keep them all so nice,? maybe there's a new thread in that question...

Cheers zero...yes it's great fun and I like how it looks, it's an '04 so that explains why it's nice and shiney still. I plan to keep it for a long time mind. :smoke:

Thanks I will pass your words of encourgment onto the bike She is still heavy tipping into bends though. I'm thinking a set of 207RR instead of standrard 207s will help along with a bit of suspension trickary.

Get your toes in on those pegs, you're about 3cm away from getting a nasty surprise there..

I know!! Not much of my right toe slider left! One of the reasons I went was to play with my body position in the right handers. Toe always goes down but not the knee and after loking at the pics I can see why!Practice, practice, practice.....

like this for referance

Cheers, fella. I was a bit worried about binning it. Mate went down on his BMW. He's only had it a month. Gutted. Bike= scuffed but running. Bloke = Punctured lung. Beemers for you.Problem I have is when I hang off I slide my foot right on to the outside of the peg. Don't know why and always have. Conscious effort of foot in and knee out from now on so I don't feel a twat walking around with shiny knee sliders and scuffed up boots.

this is my bike

This is mine

1st time post, so here's me 'Blade. Had it a couple of months, had 3k on it when I got it (completly standard) taken it to the Alps already, and it's now on 7k .
