Pulling power for small bikes on steep hills.

Any suggestion on how to get a little bit more pulling power from a 125cc bike. All I'm after is to reduce the loss of power (torque?) when I hit steep hills. I don't mind losing top end speed as it's not that quick anyway.

Steep ride

Well, which bike are you riding. The best trick is to keep it in low gears that is what i do.

You might consider changing

You might consider changing the rear sprocket for something with an extra tooth or two. You will lose a bit of top end speed overall but gain in the torque department. I'm no mechanic so I have no idea how to do it but I do know a larger back sprocket gives much more pulling power.
