brend ban on motorbikes still haven't lifted after 3 years

It's been 3 years already, brent council still haven't lift the ban on motorcyclist on rainsford road

I would like here to take their original letter and swap out a few words so that the same logic is applied to different group of people, to show you guys how ridiculous the logic is (No offence to anyone, I am asian) -- it start looking familiar isn't it:

====
There are on-going and often daily problems with persons of color who committing stealing and burglary in brent borough, particularly when there are events at the nearby wembley stadium. Numerous incidents and accidents have been reported by the Metropolitan Police and the local community.

It is only be a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed. It is unfortunate that there will be an impact on law abiding persons of color but we have to consider the safety of other road users and people that live and work in the area.
====

Everyone knows if above letter is true that would be a case of extreme racism but when it comes to motorcyclist, those brent councilors who ironically happen to be mostly colorful people(http://democracy.brent.gov.uk/mgMemberIndex.aspx?bcr=1) thought it is all right to use the same logic against motorcyclists. When these councils gained the social status and authorities they starting to become what they hated.

I have to say these brent councillors of color, they deserved to be treated discriminately because that is the way they treat the others. and they are despicable people and they deserved to be sent to broadmoor hospital for treatment of schizophrenia.

I hope someone can organise campaigns against brent council and I personally will never shopping, living or working in brent until they lift the stupid ban.

I am a web developer but I can't design and I am not native English speaker, so If someone else can design and copywriting some webpage, I am more than happy to contribute my time and money to code it and bring it online (domain registration and virtual server setup) to protest against the council.
