I have a Garelli 100 LE (or is it just E?) with no sparks. I have a new CDI unit for it. It is a Ducati generator and I think that one of the coils generates the supply voltage plus the timing pulse, because there is no provision for a battery.
Can anyone help with a description of how it should work, and what voltages or pulses I should expect from the ignition coil inside the flywheel on kick over? Or better still where could I get a new or working generator stator plate?
