For anyone with a passion of 2 stroke bikes

Post your pics here.

Very very beautiful bike you owned!!!!Can we have some more pics of your other bikes please. I take it these are race bikes rather than converted road bikes.I absolutley love 2 stroke bikes but have little knowledge of the various models. This is the kind of thing i'd like to buildcgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Honda-1998-NSR-250-MC28-MC-28-Honda-NSR250-MC28-mc21-RS250-TZ250-TZR250-300cc-MV_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ6708QQitemZ4627640431QQrdZ1QQsspagenameZWD2V

That bike does look fantastic bike but for all the work that has been done to it, it would have made more sense to buy a proper Honda RS250 race bike and then play converting it to be road bike if that was the desired effect.I really would think twice about the Honda route if you are going to build a special as it is going to cost very very big money to complete and maintain I reckon that you would be better off to start with on any of these..If you can find one, then a lovely RGV250VJ23(look familiar tasswipe)Or a VJ22Or an Aprilia RS250Or a very nice TZR250I will post up some more photos of my other bikes a bit later and Yep they are all pukka race bikes..'if a bit elderly'

IS there a two stroke dedicated forum with bikes for sale anywhere. Cause looking everywhere i know i cant find anything

Nice bikes, I'd be happy with just a vj23.

When I was looking to buy a bike last year went to a bloke's house who had an electric start RGV 250 - Japan only ?

Here's the most recent pic of my TZR this march at the season opener at Brands, it looks like a shed because it is.Since the picture was taken the standard pipes heve been junked in favour of a set of trick swarbies on loan from Troutslayer.

vj23 is electric start.

As you may have guessed from my sig pics, I have a few strokers in the garage. This is my 350LC/YPVS 'hybrid' with a few friends at a pub meet. It's a 1981 RD350LC with YPVS engine fitted, TZR250 3ma 41mm front end and brakes, Telefix clipons, TZR250 wheels, Metmachex ally rear swinger, chromed Nikon pipes and loads of other one off bits mostly made by yours truly. Before I changed the sidepanel stickers to 350 ones At the Ace last yearI also have a standard 1981 RD250LC in the same 'Mars Bar' coloursAnd a 1983 350YPVS in rare RZ250 Jap import colours. Lomas pipes, Metmachex arm, Lockheed calipers.Unfortunately this is what happens if it all goes wrong

Cheers Eddie, Appreciate it mate!Rich That bikes a cracker, nice work !

Just a quick snap of my Honda MC28, also know as the "smart card" NSR. It's a 1994 model and it's also what's known as the SE (super edition) with fully adjustable suspension. I have the HRC card and Dogfight Racing exhausts for it but it generally stays in standard trim as now (this photo was just taken this evening). This one is also quite unusual in that it has been UK registered from new. Though I say it myself I think it is absolutely gorgeous.

I want I want I want, give it to meeeeeeee, or find me one

I would love one of these

I can thoroughly recommend owning a TDR250. I liked mine more than my LC. Now I've got a garage again hopefully I can start restoring the bugger. :/

I've been offered silly (big!) money for it, but it's just not for sale.1900km's on the clock, ain't she lovely! (sorry girls, not being sexist but it's just too jaw-dropping to be male)

Rich and Eddie....I love you guys ......eh your bikes i mean and your mindset... not you of course...

Those RD's are sweet, always wanted to have a go on one of those. As for the Smart Card NSR

I THINK i saw that in the flesh at Laguna WSB a couple of years ago , and it look awesome, will check my pics ....

Thanks for starting this thread Eddie, some stunning machinery in here.

Heres mine and Little Monkeys RGV250VJ21 (£695 from ebay the night before!) on its first outing at silverstone with Dave from Hottrax and me having a little play mid corner!

I wouldn't bother, the wife and wee 'uns would probably rather keep the bike!!! Nice TZ's there Eddie, have wanted a 350 for some time but have probably missed the boat price-wise. I originally bought the NSR for track-days but doubt that I'll use it now so might try to pick up a nice V-twin 250 (TZ) sometime over the next year or so.Bit of a double edged sword when the value of something starts to soar as itthen becomes a bit more worrying to consider using it.

That's my favourite RGV, lighter and leaner looking, nicer exhausts, and more of a power "hit" from the engine with the single stage power valve. If only it had the same rim sizes as the later ones it would be perfect.

It would be out of place in the 'Past masters' if it anything else.

True, I wouldn't want to buck the trend.

that was a great little video,it brought back lots of memories . i had the TZ250U, TZ250W , TZ250 A&B they where all great bikes ,the sad part is i brought them all new so that means im getting old.racers never stop racing they just take up supermoto

Right here goes for my first post. Here is my rs250(sorry about the size if they are to big)
