Stunning 2021 KTM 450 Rally Replica announced

As the name suggests, the Rally Replica is powered by a 450cc, fuel-injected, SOHC engine that features the exact ratios that were used in the Dakar race bikes. The gearbox also features a new shifting mechanism for slicker shifts and is specially coated for longevity.

The engine is slotted into a specially built chrome-moly steel frame, designed specifically for rally racing. The frame stiffness has been optimised for improved feel and feedback, and the self-supporting fuel tank doubles as the subframe of the bike, helping to save precious weight.

The suspension comes courtesy of KTM’s in house suspension supremos WP, with their off-road specific XACT PRO 48mm front forks and fully adjustable rear shock offering 305mm and 300mm of travel respectively.

The KTM 450 Rally Replica is a strictly limited edition model, with just 85 examples of this ready to race machine being produced.
