IF YOU'RE a regular visitor to Visordown's news pages then chances are you'll know about the ongoing feud between Westminster Council and the borough's biking fraternity over the recent introduction of the controversial bike parking charge.

So, as you can understand, we had a bit of a chortle at this Photoshop effort, poking fun at Westminster Councillor Danny Chalkley, Cabinet Member for Economic Development and Transportation and his boss, Alastair Gilchrist, Westminster City Council's Director of Parking.

Childish, we know. But funny.
