That rider would've been justified in running that cunt over.
He jumps out, reaches straight for a gun, and then says he's police without any form of ID at all.
The rider didn't seem to show any form of aggression or non-compliance.
He did, after all, stop for him.
In the UK pointing a gun at someone is tantamount to GBH so I'd be going for an all-out claim against the police department lol
Not sure how it'd stand up over there though.
