How to sell your bike in the US

Sex sells, right? So when you're trying to sell your bike, a picture of a pretty girl will fool anyone into buying anything. Or maybe not.

This 1974 Norton Commando 850 is being sold on eBay by a seller called 'staceybabiarz' and the ad just says 'Listing for my brother who is the original owner.'

So the question is, is Stacey doing the modelling and did her brother take the picture? You can see the advert here.

Once upon a time...there were Norton"s and Ducati"s the only two bikes that went around corners,that all changed with the introduction of the commando ,a copper demonstrated to me what happened when the throttle was shut off quickly, the back wheel moved side to side about an inch and a half(that"s getting on for forty mill in euros) combined with the weight of a radio telephone and a cop in full regalia ,this put paid to the Norton legend ,the other prob was the need to carry a full set of replacement main bearings,i think they rubber mounted everything to offset the chronic vibration issues WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU WANT ONE? Oh yeah ,i remember they sound lovely !!!!!

She is a rather "big" girl, makes that Norton look like a 250. I think the e/start may be buggered as she has powerful looking thighs!

I also think the bikes probably running during the "photo-shoot", going by her expression?

I enjoy banter as much as anyone but some of you guys are being gratuitiously obnoxious. I'm sure that should you meet Stacy at a bike meet or whatever you'd be drooling all over her.
I'm definitely in the Stacy fanclub though not so sure about the bike.

You gotta think, why would you, as a seller, post a picture of your lady, looking like that, on something that you want people to take seriously, and not laugh or make sarcastic comments about.
Its gotta be a wind up, i'm not insulting her as she is just a woman sat on a bike, but you gotta be wrong in the head if you recon its going to help your sale. Can you imagine anyone you know seeing this pic if you bought the bike. You wouldn't ever live it down.
