Serious post-op interview with former MotoGP champ? Er, not quite ...
VALENTINO ROSSI has given his first interview since undergoing surgery last week on his injured right shoulder.
Speaking to “Striscia la Notizia” - a satirical news programme, Rossi explained how surgeons discovered his shoulder injury was worse than anticipated, with substantial damage to the tendons and ligaments.
The nine-time World Champion went on to say he was having difficulty sleeping but was sure the injury would be 100 per cent better following the operation.
The video's in Italian and features fellow MotoGP crazy man Marco Simoncelli. It's also conducted by a man dressed in tight yellow lycra, with a toilet plunger on his head.
Makes a great change from the usual boring interview crap, doesn't it?
