I wish I was 17 again

Well, back in my day - which admittedly was only 10 years ago - there's not much I wouldn't have done to get one of these

One of the girls here at work has just passed her CBT and got a Yamaha YZF-R125 to tool around on. I saw it in the car park this morning when I came in and thought it was a new R6 at first glance. It's a beautiful thing, and it's quite funny once you look behind the fairing to see a tiny engine hanging there, rather than the tight fight for space you usually get under a sportsbike fairing.

When I was getting into bikes, the best I could afford was a dodgy-old TZR125, with a hand painted (I kid you not) Marlboro paint scheme. I would have sold my Granny, a left arm and next door's dog to get my hands on something as cool at that YZF-R125. I can't wait to ride it!

Kids today, eh? Don't know how lucky they are.

Right, of course you do. You'd just love unaffordable training and being unable to ride a motorcycle w/o restriction until your 24. Unless you cash out for three separate training courses and tests.
