Getting close to me replacing the chain and sprockets, last time I did it Inside the sprocket cover there was heavy deposits of Oil and muck, I dont want to use a jet wash on it, so whats the best was of getting rid of it. Thanx Scrape as much

solid rivet 630? What a mare! Thanks for the info wrs, may well go to 530 just wanna try a new front sprocket first as at around £7 they are a lot cheaper than a new c&S!cheers people Err, you gotta cover that 2 inches of longer swingarm twice

KTM chain Guard Length

duke that are longer and will cover the rear sprocket to stop the fling getting up and onto my exhausts and rear wheel. The KTM one fitted doesnt extend over the rear sprocket. I cant see how i could fit anything to extend the current one

Got an oil leak from somewhere behind the front sprocket cover. I assume that its likly to be the seal on the gearbox output shaft?Anyway have about 30 days warranty left so should be sorted I hope. I thought I had a similar problem on my SMC
