swoopy lines over the old model. It was frugal and went OK, also felt planted and safe on the motorway (where I did most riding). Sounded nice too and a good bike to add bits to. The seat was superb... big and comfy. You can pick these up for a bargain

Handling - telelever is far better than forks Overall: A great bike slightly flawed by BMW quirks. The SE is loaded with cruise control, heated grips etc, so although expensive comes with more equipment than your average Jap sports tourer. Question is, do you need it
