In short:While the engine is flexible, strong and useful, the 600 will appeal to a certain type of rider; one that likes to make engines scream, change gear at every corner and work the bike hard Pros:While the engine is flexible, strong and useful

’t change pitch when you rode through each gear and each gear seemed to go on forever. It’s hardly surprising that they put a digital gear icon on the dash so that you can tell which gear you’re in as they all pull hard and the bike sounds the same and like

: Perfect little rev hungry engine, gear driven cams, progressive strong power delivery once you have 6000/7000 rpm showing. Handles like a 250 in the corners and twisties with a little foot peg input.Build quality is good mine still has original body work

in the power unless you're in the wrong gear - it's a 600. But when you are in the right gear it pulls and pulls with that kwak howl. It's been riden all year round - some furring of nuts but that's it. No niggles of any kind. Weaknesses: Owned new since spring

: Excellent real world sportsbike.Pokey enough to not be changing gear constantly but all its power can be used.Comfy seat and large fairing suit me fine as a 45 year old with 38 years riding experience.

down grunt to drag the bike out of the slower turns and holding the same gear all the way up to an impressive redline of 12,500rpm, the spread of power means less gear changes and less to think about, keeping the bike settled through the many
