Rutter wins IoM TT Zero Race but narrowly misses 100mph average lap
RIDING the MotoCzysz E1pc Michael Rutter won the 2011 IoM TT Zero race.However, the 100mph lap for electric bikes still stands as Rutter narrowly missed the target, that carries a £10,000 win bonus, with an average speed of 99.604mph

You may not be aware but the UK are planning to stop the reciprocal health agreement with the IOM next April.This means that, currently, if you visit the IOM and have an accident or are taken ill their NHS will foot the bill. From next April
