Power Commander/exhaust changes - engine damage?

&N into it and then putting it on the dyno and getting a custom map done a couple of weeks ago. The dyno graph showed that it had been running lean for about half the range and rich for the other half. The graph doesn't make the previous flatspots as obvious as I expected

graph has a very nice curve to it with a most of it held for a decent ammount of revs....this is easy to feel on the road as you can just ride the torque and blat between the gears.....i have the graphs and will try to upload them but might be too large
