OK, others may also play a part, but the Government has the major portion to "play with" should they be interested in treating Joe Public and businesses fairly.The trick they use of announcing tax / duty increases months beforehand, so it comes as no surprise, is somewhat underhand, isn't it?BTW, what's the difference between "duty" and "tax", please? IT all lands up in the same massive pot.
