spamspam. if you tighten the wheel, with the wrench, pulling the wheel,4wards:smoke: it adjusts the chain properly . terry fuckwit.
I'm from the North East, I calls it as I sees it.No time for bullshitI'm plenty laid back, lifes to short.Do you want an adjuster block or what? I could do with selling a few, the bairns need feeding! ;-)
Like all Gixer owners, you'll have cursed when your carefully adjusted chain tension goes out the window when you tighten up the rear wheel nut.You then spend the next half hour buggering about putting slack back into it hoping that when you tighten it up again your chain tension will be right. This problem is caused by the taper on the end of the wheel spindle moving the wheel back as the taper is pulled into the original chain adjuster block Well Maidstone Motoliner have the answer! It consists of a new adjuster block, but with the nut captivated, dead centre in the of the block. This means it stays exactly where you set it when you tighten up the axle nut.Chain tensioning is now the 2 minute job it should be!You can get them direct from Maidstone Motoliner 01662 790705 for £30 including delivery. Absolute bargain! www.motorcycleframestraightening-uk.co.uk/

BIG MAL wrotespamspam. if you tighten the wheel, with the wrench, pulling the wheel,4wards:smoke: it adjusts the chain properly . terry fuckwit. You not own a GSXR then cos when the nut is torqued up it act pulls the spindle away from the adjuster and further back along the swing arm, thus making the chain tight. A way around this is to either use a solid object to place in the chain and turn it so its jamed in between the rear sprocket as to pull the wheel tight against the adjuster, or turn the spindle around so that the nut is on the disc side.Or buy the above, I dont see this as spam i dont know OGM but i do know the place who makes them and has nothing to do with him, so get off ya high horse and do ya homework before spouting off me sighing of and have no conection to any northen monkey selling anything whatso ever happy new year

You are indeed a "untrusting" fellow. Not everyone is out to stitch you up you know. Have you had a bad experience?I didn't raffle the gixer in the end and just sold it the conventional way. I got my price, probably about the same as if I'd managed to make the raffle happen, but without the hassle. Its a shame really, someone could have had a very nice trackbike for the price of a few pints, but you and others like you made sure that wouldn't happen. But hey, life goes on and in the grand scheme of things it didn't mean anything.I don't work or own Motoliner, I wish I did, paid for playing with bikes! I've used Maidstone Motoliner a few times in the past and the owners, Tommy and his dad are genuine blokes who do a proper job and care about the work they do. They are nice guys, who showed and sold me, me the adjuster block in the pics. Its a quality bit of kit that makes your chain adjustment easier and more accurate. I paid £30, the same as you would if you bought one.I thought it was so good that other gixer owners would be interested and thought I'd put a post up. They could sell a million of them and I wouldn't get a bean out of it.I don't post just for the sake of it. If I've got something to say then I'll post up, otherwise I'll just stay quiet.Maybe you should sit down and look at yourself, if you haven't got it in your heart to take someone at face value. Your life must be insecure and lacking if you ask me.My best wishes for the season.Mark
