Tiger gearbox. by User 97405

I am mistified by your comments on the Tiger gearbox, I own an 08 Tiger 1050 and a 57 reg. CBF1000abs, (wife only 5 ft tall).I find the Tiger box to be almost as good as the Honda's, I have never found a false neutral, clutchless up

Looks like I'll be here a lot

I've just traded the Tiger for a Tuono Factory. I test rode a Monster S4RS and the Tuono back to back. The Aprillia won hands down. Early morning drinks on me. Congrats - Aprilia's are the way forward :smoke:

Test rode both bikes when they were first launched and apart from it being an exercise by Triumph to copy BMW to me the bikes are irrelevant. They are underpowered and do not handle. If you want a bike to do everything that these do but better

Symptoms of shagged suspension?
by Tinker

My Tiger has done 33K miles in three years, and although it's hard to compare, I'm sure that a) it doesn't deal with bumpy b roads like it used tob) the rear end is riding lower I think - high beam is too high! The tyres are less than 1000 miles old
