just bought a pair of astars tech 3 boots at the dirt bike show - got them home and compared them to my oxtar txc comp's.They are infinately more comfortable but i am a bit worried about hte level of protectionhas anyone ridden in them? any opinions

I got some Astar tech 3, size 10, black.. pretty much brand new, theyve been worn for about 30 mins at most before I sold my bike.. still boxed and tags in the box etc.. what are they worth second hand ? consdering they are "as new"
