Sticky slide

As it says really. Put a richer profile slide into my carb a while back to compensate for the new exhaust. This exhaust has now fractured and I back to the very restrictive stock silencer for the time being. I have rejetted to suit no problem

stop sliding

Hi, would like for some info on what to use in order to stop me sliding back in my saddle under power...I'm 5'8" and of slim build,around 8.5 stone..Bike Cbr1000rr .I Have thought abought taping some grip to the fuel tank but think would spoil

flat slide vs. round slide carbs

from what I've read/heard, flat slides seem to make more power but are more expensive.obviously both types should work better than a CV carb, but why exactly are flatslides better than round? my 1.5pas I understand it flatslides are better because

No Movement of Carb Slide

Second opinions please.Stripped the VFR down last night as the G/f was complaining of worsening vibrations. I expected to clean teh carbs and possibly balance them. While blasting carb cleaner in it was apparent that one carb slide was not moving
