my toilet (porcelaine) is playing up :/

we have 2 toilets in our bungalow.one works fine (think this one would be closer to the sewers).the other however,1) started "burping" after i flushed it. air was "burping" back from the U bend :/2) flushed it again and it filled all the way

at present. Instead of going into the sewers, the water is collected, filtered and stored in tanks buried in the garden. It can then be used for flushing the loo or for washing - reducing water use by up to 50% and also helping to manage the water cycle
