I am looking for a security system - cameras, video etceither motion sensor or continuous?would be good to get it to transfer to computer(hows that done?+ can it be checked whilst away from the premises?)) or is it better to record straight to video

Can anyone recommend a chain and lock combo? I know there shed loads of talk about almax series III's and oxford stuff and whats good and whats not, but could just do with some advice I need a secure lock for the garage, and preferably one I can

've placated the insurers, you might want to consider using something that will actually stop your bike being lifted into a van. The scooter normally parked on top of it helps But more seriously the whole security thing is top of my mind at the mo. PhilK wrote

I think someone has just been talking about this but i cant find thread.....I want a decent security chain for my sm, one that cant be cut with bolt cutters. Also someone was on here advertising banger type things that scare the shit out of the scab

Every week the fire alarms are tested in the office and after every test one of the security guys says "If you're unable to hear the fire alarm please call security".The problem is that the announcement is put out over the same speakers as the alarm
