I'm a bit concerned about these PACE days? Practice starts seem like they might be good fun but a)How do you avoid the obvious first corner melee? Are the starts stagered in some way?b) I'm not sure that I really want to give my clutch that much

i sent of the pace witness statement with an nip and have just got a letter from thames valley police saying that they do not accept me not being cautioned for the offence and are sending me a fixed penalty notice. Can they do this? Does anyone know
