If its the same size as the 125 duke it would be a cracking bike for beginners, small, light and a 250 might be 33bhp legal for people just passing their test, sounds like ktm are onto a winner with this little bike. me likes .... Bung on a fairing

KTM Duke II

I have passed my test on a 125 in Feb, and am now on the 33bhp restriction.Very interested in a Duke II as they are light, you are upright and will not exceed the ton, by more than 5mph anyways. Does anyone know about 33bhp kits for the bike

Whats wrong with KTM Dukes?

I know a lot of you dont exactly favour these. Is it because they are a road bike only? Or are they lacking in some other dept? It's the KTM bit. If I had a decent dealer nearby, I'd probably have bought a Duke II instead of my XR. Trouble is
