Bike has a bad cough...

In first gear and in second gear as I'm trying to accelerate, my bike starts jumping like it's going to stall.Any idea? more info please...is the engine warm. 2 stroke / 4 strokemake model etc.....ta Honda CBR600I had it on choke for a minute both
