it was admissable if you put up a warning telling the potential crim that you're filming, IIRC. Didn't use it in court though. They showed the crim the footage and he admitted to burglary didn't he? Nippy wroteI think it can be challenged if there's a chance

I watched Cloverfield on Saturday night on DVD.Great film, I really enjoyed it but............................It does not have an ending?????????????????????? I enjoyed it too.... you had to leave the film running past the credits to get the ending
