I am off to the isle of wight next weekend with a bunch of mates and the only reservation i have is the ferry crossing! A/ i dont do boats very well, feel sick in the bath. B/ they dont appear to tether ya bikes down. has any one traveled this way

how long before a ferry sails do you have to be there sailing at 04.15 to Ireland but have to drive 4-5 hrs first.Cheers.......... I would aim to be there at least 2 hours before departure. Don't do what I did and come hurtling into Stranraer only
