PRISON MIGHT not be the correct punishment for motorists found guilty of causing death by careless driving. And it may include drivers who are distracted by Sat Nav equipment!That’s the recommendation made by new sentencing proposals to be announced

was wearing a bullet-proof vest he escaped serious injury.A report in today's Evening Standard says English was found dead by prison officers just after 7am on Sunday. The Prisons and Probation Ombudsman is to conduct an investigation.
