Rutter wins IoM TT Zero Race but narrowly misses 100mph average lap
RIDING the MotoCzysz E1pc Michael Rutter won the 2011 IoM TT Zero race.However, the 100mph lap for electric bikes still stands as Rutter narrowly missed the target, that carries a £10,000 win bonus, with an average speed of 99.604mph
