is about 1500 so i would probably have more money to get a nicer 600 in a year or 2 which im thinking would be better than trying to get a good one now with that?also, with the 33bhp 400 being smaller and lighter would it effectively be faster than a 33bhp

OK, so there have been enough threads on here about whether or not to stick to the 33bhp rule for the full 2 years. So I thought maybe a better way of knowing what people really think on this issue is to find out what people have done. And for DAS

I am plannig upon reciept of my full license to get a CB 400 and fit or have fitted 33bhp restriction, although there are several main queries:1) Does the restriction affect top speed, acceleration or both?2) How can i prove i have had it done
