I've had a quick look through old articles but cant see anything, apologies if this has been asked before.Just wondered who decided 33bhp was the correct next level after passing your test and why 2 years is considered the correct ammount of time

is about 1500 so i would probably have more money to get a nicer 600 in a year or 2 which im thinking would be better than trying to get a good one now with that?also, with the 33bhp 400 being smaller and lighter would it effectively be faster than a 33bhp

to be (for instance, for speeding!) then you could well be screwed. There is a valid reason why you're limited to 33BHP..... But... For the life of me I don't have a clue what it is...... 33bhp restrictionI am kidding of course. As others say, it is risky

A mate is going to be taking his test soon, and has decided to do the 33bhp test despite being old enough for DAS, as it means he (total novice) can do it on a 125, which he feels happier about. He's going to be buying a lovely zxr400

I am plannig upon reciept of my full license to get a CB 400 and fit or have fitted 33bhp restriction, although there are several main queries:1) Does the restriction affect top speed, acceleration or both?2) How can i prove i have had it done
