KTM 690 Supermoto Prestige - lots of fun, lots of power, superb suspension, amazing for country roads

I bought my Prestige on 09/2012, I saw it on Autotrader and I immediately wanted that bike :) Best money spent ever! My KTM has got pair of titanium Wings exhausts fitted and the sound is just amazing, it give few horses too (together with open K&N filter). I love to ride it just for fun, scaring people around by the sound :) but mainly for the lightness when cornering, no problem to go from one edge of rear tire to another, country roads is the best territory-no one has a chance.City traffic (like London) not a big fun because of the wide handlebars and also can sometime stall when overheated
Not a touring bike, I was able to do like 160 miles in one day around London and I couldn't sit for two days afterwards :) cant think for any other cons ;(
Very cool looking funbike, lots of power, amazing engine who delivers torque all the way, no problem to do wheelie on 2/3 gear just playing with the throttle, in average 65mpg, just be careful with the throttle when wet as the rear tire likes to run everywhere :)

It rides like it looks , Sharp!

Soo light its unreal it changes direction mega fast.
Seat is alot more comfortable than I was expecting, no tourer though!
Engine is a belter for a single 650, I thought it would run out of puff but it just keeps pulling stronger, amazing!, smoothest single I have ever ridden.
Flickability is a riot, you can put this bike from one edge of the tyre to the other as fast as Homer Simpson can down a donut.
Lovely looking swing arm.
Riding position + hight gives a very commanding view of the road ahead.
Because the bike is so light and the rear Brembo brake so effective anything more than breathing on the rear brake will lock the back wheel up, I love it but it doesn't look good as you pull up to a set of lights sideways, officer.
Took me ages to work out how to open the fuel cap at a very busy forecourt.
I have had some of the best litre Superbikes ever made and still do, but this little beauty takes the biscuit when it comes to having some fun on the twisties, it commands a different riding style but delivers masses of satisfaction at a fraction of the speed and cost.
This bike demands to be thrashed down country roads where it will leave sports bikes wondering!
Forget motorways, it will do them but there are a thousand bikes out there better at doing them.
Overall the bike is a riot to ride. And it does what it says on the tin.
