Fantastic beginners bike, better than most modern 600's.
Incredibly good handling, V4 engine is a peach toquey but a blast above 10k rpm. Looks stunning even in 2012. Very reoiable.
Not very comfy, even though it's better than most sportsbikes. Parts are hard to find and expensive.
Get one of these if you can find a nice and original one as your beginners bike if you want a sportsbike where you can outpace most 600 and 1000 bikes in the twisties.

Excuse Me Your holding Me Up On these Twisties !!!
Excellent precise pinpoint handling from this awesome little revvy lightweight. Will stop and turn on a sixpence ( OK so am old !! )
Quality finish and solid traditional Honda build No Fuss basic motorcycle with an awesome engine and sound from its V4 configuration
Accaleration is progressive and linear no peaks or surges and tops out at about 135 MPH
Brakes that bruise your NUTS ! if you apply them over zelously. They work well coupled with the light weight of the bike
Handling ........ Fabulous !!! (Need more twisty roads)
For fun and agility beats my other bikes hands down
Exspensive spark plugs and a pain in the buttocks to work on (but what do you expect with a race breed pedigree? )
Piece of HONDA history its an RC45 (750cc) scaled down even looks the same had mine for quite a time now and is part of my stable.
Becoming a little scarce now as it was never an official UK import and production lasted only 4 yrs. Machines that where brought into the country mostly found themselves screaming around tracks because of their ability.
Prices are on the increase for these little beauties expect to pay anything between £1800 - £5000 depending on year and condition.
