Suzuki GSX1250 FA (2010 - present)

Our Review

This is the Suzuki GSX 1250 FA – a fully-faired, wallet-friendly, four-cylinder sports tourer aimed at capturing a sizeable chunk of the UK’s 40-something market. At first glance, you may think the 1255cc, 257kg beast is just a 1250 Bandit, dressed in a full fairing, with a few extra tweaks – ...  Continue reading

The GSX1250 ( Bandit ) is a great bike. I have been through Europe crossing the Alps, travelling to motogp's and so much more. This bike is amazing, I have done RWYB, Track days ( fast group ) and everything Continue reading...
I bought a new FAL4 SE as a bit of a punt after Suzuki knocked a grand off most of their range in a sale this summer (2014). After spending a few quid on a Givi rack, MRA Xcreen and a Yoshi pipe to replace the Continue reading...
I love this bike, I have a 2014 GSXF 1250 FA, it's my first litre+ bike, having ridden mainly 650's before and it's perfect. The torque is incredible, thebpower does tend to peak around 4000 revs tho, but the Continue reading...
Cheap practical all rounder Continue reading...
I now have 1,600 miles on my 2011 GSX1250FA which I bought new as a non current model a month or so ago. Right after break-in, I took it to the mountains in Colorado, USA and rode spectacularly curved roads fo Continue reading...

Just took out one for a test ride. Yes, if you are pushing the bike around, it is heavy. Get moving, even at very slow speed, and it is surprisingly manouverable. The low speed torque on this bike is simply amazing ! This bike lets you flow, not just through town traffic, but at high speed. Handling is surprisingly good. Price is shockingly cheap - I have seen the fully luggaged up version for 7400 in a number of places brand new. Downsides ? Fit and finish is not up to Suzuki's latest bikes, and I personally would not call it much of a looker. But at this price, with this grunt, this handling and this touring ability... I'd give 4/5

Bought this after owning many bikes ,last one being a zx7r. I love this bike, my favourite bike by far, easy to ride fast, gives loads of confidence, style, comfort, nice gizmos, superb "real world performance" goes great down low but with the addition of aftermarket can and race spec filter, revs well too and gives a power boost from 5000 rpm. massive massive grin factor, I would recommend to anyone.
