Yamaha Vity 125 scooter, cheap to buy, insure and tax. Every economical, reliable, comfortable, handles well.

A bargin when you consider Yamaha's interest free credit, and cheap purchase price. Very economical, comes with a rack as standard, ignition key security cover. Handles surprising well for something on 10" wheels, comes with a mainstand and sidestand. Even fitted with fork gaitors.

A little engine vibration at speed, a pain to clean around the rear wheel/exhaust area. Finish not as durable as it could be.

Can't really fault it for the price, the product is fine,however, I have had issues with Yamaha Uk about the dealer who I bought it from (a very well known dealer in Huddersfield),and sadly would not pay them or Yamaha UK in rusty washers! Customer service - no such thing. Because of this I will buy a Honda next time.

Cheap, basic, not very good

The whole bike flexes and twists when doing more than 40 mph

Rear drum brake gives very uneaven braking

After the ignition button failed, I took it out and the contact for the ignition was 2 bare wires and a peice of foil to make the connection! Handing is very poor, and at speeds over 40mph the whole thing rattles, and the frame flexes giving an uncomfortable and scary ride.

I would have expected so much better from Yamaha, even for a budget scooter. I used to have a 100cc Honda Lead, which was cheaper, quicker and 100 times better build quality.

In summary, avoid this pile of rubbish at all costs!
