WOULD THE V-TWIN BIKES USE THIER BRAKES!!

Can wring the neck out of it in any gear and will just go
Out on a group ride never use your breaks in the corners, scares the litre boys!!
Sounds great at any speed.
Lights at the back are a bit different
Better than any other naked bike in its class
Battery, unless you use it all year prepare for them to go
Suzuki finish, need I say more
Briliant Bike for either a newbie or old hand.

Can keep up with most things in the corners, after all straight lines don't count!!

Brakes are pants but your on a V-Twin so you should never really use them!

DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN...

Bought a K3 machine after my DAS in 2004. Good all rounder - easy to ride. Can pootle or decent enough performance if you push on - can wheelie and stoppie if provoked! Great engine and lovely v twin rumble. Easy to get hold of parts. Cheap to buy and maintain. Less likely to be nicked in London than a gixer/R6/CBR.
Budget finish deteriorates quickly if you don't look after it. As a winter hack will dissolve before your eyes, like a slug in a salt mine....
Budget big grin machine. Competent all rounder. Great as a 1st "big" bike.

STRAIGHT FORWARD, HONEST AND NO FRILLS

Easy to ride.Good for developing your skills. Economical to run and low insurance group. Lightweight, ideal commuter. Very tartable ... looks great with some bling. There are loads of extras available for it. Sounds awesome with an aftermarket can on.
It does have a budget feel to it, so the build quality isnt too good, but keep on top of the cleaning and it should be ok. Standard brakes are not brilliant. Seat ok for short journeys but I find it a tad uncomfortable on a decent ride.
Budget biking at its best. Ideal first or return to riding kind of bike, doesnt throw any surprises at you. I am sure the most experienced rider could have fun on it for a while. I definitely recommend the SV, but then I havent had a lot to compare it too, but from a novice riders point of view, it would be an ideal buy.
