My first big bike, fantastic. You won't be disappointed. Ignore the magazine reviews, the bike is simply great. Stupendously fast, comfortable, great riding position and cheap. Low seat height??? not really as its quite a wide seat so i still need to tiptoe. Engine is fantastic, sounds great but throttle a bit all or nothing affair, hard to sustain constant speed. Great for fast country blast, not so great for gentle daily grind. A bit on the heavy side too but nimble and agile enough. Finish also good and nothing as bad as magazines say. All in all, a great bike. Wanted a Street Triple, ended with GSR600, not a bad substitute.
