Honda CB1000R (2008 - present)

A very good roadbike which is much better on the road than a Blade\GSXR\R1. I had it on a trackday when it was a couple of months old. Found it a bit 'wanting' in the engine department but an Acrapovic pipe wit Continue reading...

Brill !! fantastic !! the only othe bike that comes close was my triumph 675, once you go over silly speeds then i would think it would suffer on the standed suspension settings, but prob be adjusted to improv Continue reading...

Chuffed to bits with mine. It's performed well in all fields - Scratching, Touring & Trips to the Office.
Can't wait for the new CB1000RR to arrive! Continue reading...

If this bike had been released a few years ago I would of saved a few quid as I just couldn't settle on the bike for me. Had mine for nearly 2 years now, which is almost a record and I still don't want to sell Continue reading...

I`ve had the cb1k for a year and a half now and its still fantastic. I guess its an age thing but once you get off sports bikes and on to nakeds you realise you can have as much fun without having to do warp speeds. The buz you get off the line and up to 80 is the same as a sports bike without having to go to 130 all the time which you know is gonna cost you a licence in the end. The only downside is motorways so stay off them. The nakeds are also so much easier to handle when going slow and especially if your short in the leg and trying to manouver about in a tight space simply because you have a decent amount of steering lock to use. I really cant say how good this bike is, yeah it aint cheap but you only live once and you`ve gotta spend it on something.

Dont hesitate and break away from the sportsbike mould, road test one and you will want one.

Ex gixxer 750 rider, which is a fantastic bike but i prefere the honda

Essentially a de-tuned Fireblade with riser bars. Capable and great fun.
