I have owned a Buell XB12r for c. three years now and I cannot understand why reviewers on this and other websites continually make disparaging comments about the clutch and the gear change. Every Buell I have ever ridden, and I have ridden several XBs including the Lightening and Super TT, have had light clutches and slick gearchanges.

Now modern XB clutches and gearboxes may not be absolutely the lightest and slickest in the world, but they are very acceptable and far from problematic, and I can't help thinking the reviewers concerned must be a bunch of noodle wristed nancy boys if they can't cope.

Try being objective next time instead of going for the cheap jibe.
