Easy maintainance. Smooth ride. Great value. Is there something else you were hoping for?
No BLODDY FUEL GUAGE ! Rip off £ accessories. perhaps a gear indicator, is that all too much to ask for, or even not in keeping with the cool image ..
Last word, still enjoying
As an elderly newcomer to the two wheel scene i had the good sense to make a few enquires before taking the plunge. I was keen to avoid the USA main middle age contender (H.D.) also my local bike mechanic ( a good deal cheaper than the reputed £90 per hour for the aforementioned OAP carrier)asked was i the kind of guy who loved the TLC part of biking .. nope! then get a honda shadow and forget about the elbow grease part. I did and boy am i happy , yes ita a bit cumbersone compared to some of the sportier options out there but i will be keeping this bike for a few years yet .
