Good overall tyre lasts well with good grip.

Have done 5K miles on my BMW K1300, Continental lasted 4K and Metzler M5's 3.5K.
Perhaps not up to a track day.
Good value and good allround tyre!

A great all round tyre. Wet and dry grip and long life.

Grip, life and not squaring off.
Cost though this should be coming down.
A superb real world tyre. Rears last 5k on my ZZR1400 including 10+ trips down the drag strip, which includes a burnout each time. Over 10k on the other halfs R1. There is no real need for race rubber on the road now sports touring tyres have caught them up !

A great all-rounder. Good in the wet and dry and decent tyre duration.

I commute all year round on my SV650s to various offices around England and Wales on both motorways and backroads. This tyre never caused me any concern in the wet and gave good confidence in the dry.
The rear started squaring off at about 6000 miles - I'd always want more when it comes to longevity.
The best tyre I've fitted to my SV650s. Marginally better than the Dunlop Roadsmarts I had afterwards. Last time road I put on some Pilot Road 1 and they are almost as good but lack the tyre life of their newer counterparts. I'll be fitting Pilot Road 2 in future.

top all round tyre

excellent grip in all weather and a very long life tyre
The only bad thing I would say is these tyres do need abit of warming up if you do want to lean the bike right over. not a sports tyre
I ride all year round on my gsx750 and use my bike for fun and daily commuting. I have done over 14000 miles on my road pilot 2 and they are only just starting to square off! They are excellent motorways to country lanes and they have given me loads of confidence I am now got a new bike and will fit them on this as well! well worth every penny in my eyes!
