I'm about to buy a GSX-R1000 for commuting and the odd bit of lunacy, and although the Road 2s are a sport-touring tyre, I'd fit them without hesitation.

very good durability and longevity. Takes ages to square off. The last  rearone racked up 8000 miles on my X11 which is far better than any other rear i have had. Very good on wet cold greasy roads. impressed.
